The Packing House at Anaheim Packing District
Built in 1919, the Packing House was originally built as a Sunkist citrus packing house used to wash, grade, and pack the citrus before being sent across the country. Today, it is reused as a trendy food hall and marketplace that has solar panels installed for clean energy. Many of the plants around the Packing District are also drought-tolerant, further contributing to water preservation. The Packing House also counts on 2 EV charging stations to accommodate guests with electric vehicles and they have a compost bin for all tenants to dispose of their organic waste.

An upscale American farm-to-table restaurant set inside a modern greenhouse within the Anaheim Packing District. They source all their food supplies locally to support farmers and fishmongers from San Pedro to the Central Valley. The coffee they serve also comes from a female-owned roaster Sir Owlverick’s out of Anaheim, too.
In addition to partnering with local farmers, fishermen, bakers and artisan cheesemakers, THE RANCH grows organic produce at their farm located in the foothills of the city of Orange and the Santa Ana Mountains.
