CRRA is dedicated to creating and sustaining a culture within our organization that provides all people in the solid waste, recycling and resource recovery field, equitable access to information, development and opportunity. By building an inclusive space for all people to engage, connect, be heard, be acknowledged and to contribute, we seek to deepen the diversity of our membership and content.

We will practice DEI through our tasks, objectives and decision making related to: membership, board of directors, internal operations, conference & trade show and technical councils
