MAKING AN ACTIONABLE PLAN:
Strategic planning to guide recycling & waste reduction programs

Tuesday, June 13th
10:00AM PST (1:00PM ET)

Recycling and waste reduction programs often begin as improvised efforts that lead to modest results. Whether aiming for zero waste or simply maximizing diversion, the complexities of large institutions like universities, corporate, government or healthcare campuses require a focused plan that addresses upstream waste generation and downstream disposal in a holistic fashion. This webinar program will combine an overview of the strategic planning process presented by the respected firm, Cascadia Consulting, followed by a case study presentation from Emory University describing the implementation process and outcomes from their 2017 strategic plan.
