2025 Call for Speakers
The CRRA 2025 Call for Speakers Opens December 11. Thanks for your interest in submitting a proposal.
Before You Start Your Proposal:
Give your submission topic a good ‘think’; specifically think forward to what will be topically relevant in August 2025.
Formulate your session abstract
Identify and secure your speaker(s)
Gather speaker contact information and bios
If you abandon a proposal it will be automatically saved as a draft and you can access it later within your proposal space profile; you must complete submission to be considered.
Specific Guidance about Proposal Process:
As a Proposal Submitter, you have 2 options when submitting a proposal:
a FULL SESSION submission, including up to 4 speakers and moderator (moderator is optional but preferred)
an INDIVIDUAL SPEAKER submission, 1 speaker; Moderator (moderator is optional but discouraged)
For FULL SESSIONs:
Permission to submit speakers, their contact information, and their bios is mandatory.
Your submission may be accepted in full or in part. The Committee may also elect to add speakers to your session.
Your session will be considered incomplete, and not reviewed, without bios and abstracts.
Moderator suggestion(s) are optional.
For INDIVIDUAL SPEAKERs:
Only panel sessions are presented at CRRA. If accepted, you will be placed on a panel with other speakers covering similar topic(s).
Permission to submit speaker, their contact information, and bio is mandatory.
Your session will be considered incomplete, and not reviewed, without bio and abstract.
Your submission will be added/combined with other speakers if accepted.
Only complete submissions will be considered/reviewed.
Deadline for submissions is January 31, 2025, 11:59 PM PST.
