Conference Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellations will be honored, less $75 per person processing fee, if cancellation is received in writing before June 8, 2010. Written requests postmarked between June 8 and June 30, 2010 will receive a 50% refund, less $75 per person processing fee. No cancellations will be accepted over the phone, and no refunds will be given for "no shows". All substitutions must be made in writing, SORRY, but absolutely NO refunds will be given for cancellations after June 30, 2010.

All cancellations must be sent in writing to CRRA, 915 L Street, Suite C-216, Sacramento, CA 95814. Cancellations will be processed four to six weeks after August 8, 2010. After July 20, 2010, all substitutions must be made at the CRRA on-site registration desk and are subject to availability. All registrations after July 21, 2010 must take place on-site in Sacramento and there will be a $50 on-site fee.

Additionally, if you have selected the "Check" or "Pay at Event" option, you will be required to make the payment prior to showing up at the conference, or else you will be asked to provide a personal credit card guarantee at the time of registration.

Non-advance payment of registration fees does not void the cancellation policy. All registrations not canceled and not paid will be due regardless of attendance.
