CRRA Quarterly Members Meeting Announced

CRRA by-laws provide for the organization's Board meetings to be opened to the membership at least four times a year. The next Quarterly Members Meeting will take place at 2pm on May 4th via conference call. Please submit any requests for the agenda to judi@crra.com and rsvp to KymD@4arc.com if you plan on attending so we can reserve the right amount of conferencing resources. A call-in number and conference access code will be provided to all members who notify Kym of their anticipated attendance.

Special Election Update

The results of the 2006 CRRA Special Election as certified by the Board of Directors on April 18, 2006 are as follows:

  • Measure 06-01, Redistricting – Passes
(Yes = 66 votes or 62.86%; No = 39 votes or 37.14%)
  • Measure 06-02, Residency Requirement for Board Members – Passes
(Yes = 75 votes or 71.43%; No = 30 votes or 28.57%)
  • Measure 06-03, CRRA Policy Manual Method of Delivery – Passes
(Yes = 96 votes or 92.31%; No = 8 votes or 7.69%)
CRRA Annual Award Nominations Now Being Accepted

It's time to draw some attention to your achievements ...Or, maybe it's time to shine the light on someone else's achievements. Go ahead, check out the CRRA's annual statewide awards program. This year's conference theme is "Innovate, think outside the triangle". When you try to access a members-only page, a pop-up box will appear. Simply enter "recycler" for the username and "mobius" for the password (all lower-case, without the quotation marks). Please remember, your membership dues help pay for these resources, so please don't share the username/password with non-members.
